Two His Glory Favorites As we travel around, one of our favorite things to do is to try the local restaurants that are one of kind. Restaurants that you may not have heard of unless you are in these areas. These can many times be some of the best food with wonderful atmosphere. We will list some of our favorites that you may want to check out if you are ever in these areas, along with our favorite dishes.
Sweet Aroma Cafe in Unionville, TN is a great place to go for three meals a day. Steven's Favorit is the Southwest Hamburger Steak. This is an awesome meal with a flavor explosion. And complete the meal with Two His Glory's favorite desert the "Chocolate Peanut Butter Thunder Cake"
Bell Buckle Cafe in Bell Buckle, TN our home town. The best food I've ever had anywhere. Steven's Dish of choice: Smoked Chops, Fried Corn, Fried Okra, Fried Potatoes Steven's Dessert:Chocolate Cobbler with Ice Cream Ceal's Dessert: Oatmeal Cake with caramel icing
Choo Choo's Restaurant in Hogansville, GA. This is for the Rail Fan. Great Food with Great Atmosphere. Tons of railroad artifacts! Dessert: The Harvey's Girls
City Cafe in Chattanooga. No matter what you get, it will be the most food you have ever seen. Dessert: When you walk in you are looking at the tallest cakes and pies you will have ever seen. There is no way to pick just one.
Pullman's Place in Leavenworth, KS. This is another restaurant for the rail fan. Favorite Burger: The Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe (A bacon, egg, and cheese, hamburger)
Patti's Restaurant at Patti's 1880's Settlement in Grand Rivers, KY. Beautiful setting! Steven Pick: The 2" thick Grilled Pork Chop Dessert: Bill's Boat Wrecker
Frosty Freeze If you are passing through Kentucky Stop at exit #2 in Franklin, KY. My favorite is the Baby Burgers. These little things are better than Krystal or White Castle! And they have amazing Milk Shakes. They also have a full menu of other items, but I love those Baby Burgers.
Our Best Restaurant just outside of Louisville, KY is the next best thing to the Cracker Barrell. It is privately owned, but the atmosphere and the food will make you think you are at a franchise. We Breakfast is awesome, and the Pork Chop's are thick and fried. What more could you want.
